This 80 ton customized production press is produced with a vertical clearance of 980 mm and a horizontal clearance of 600 mm. The piston stroke is 900 mm and the frontal working area is equipped with light guards. Furthermore, this 80 ton hydraulic press has a knob to regulate the working speed (from 0.1 to 9.2 mm/sec) and the approach- and return speeds have a fixed value. With the NC-control the customer can set the piston stroke (min., max. and switch-point) as well as the pressure and holding time. The machine is equipped with a two-hands operation and a tailor-designed table (including hole + cover) to be able to press things through.
