The MP 1530 auto robotic load/unload system automates the loading andunloading of Amada turret punch presses. This allows unmanned operation of thepunch press and enables the machine to be run during the day, during breaksand lunches, and after hours.The MP 1530 will consistently load and unload one sheet every 34 secondswithout operator assistance. Once the punching process is complete, sheets areautomatically removed and neatly stacked, after which a new sheet is loaded.Through unattended operation, you can significantly increase profitability byreducing labor costs and enabling round-the-clock production.Working in tandem with your Amada turret punch press, the MP 1530 load/unloadsystem will dramatically increase your production output.
